Hey y’all, I’m Ashley — and YES, I gave up my teaching career to follow my passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted home decor.
What started as a little creative outlet quickly grew into something much bigger. I’ve always loved crafting and decorating, but once I discovered wreath making — combining ribbons, greenery, and florals into designs that instantly brighten a home — I was hooked.
I traded crayons and Elmer’s glue for gorgeous flowers and hot glue sticks, bringing every bit of creativity from the classroom into my designs. Over time, that passion blossomed into a business I call 3 Little Greenwoods, where I now design and teach full-time.
What I Do Today
These days, I spend my time teaching others how to make wreaths, bows, garlands, and faux floral arrangements through my online tutorials, digital products, and my monthly membership, Ashley’s Wreath Class.
My mission is simple: to show that wreath making doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you’re brand-new to wreath making or just looking to feel more confident with your designs, I’ll walk you step-by-step through the process.
Inside my Etsy shop, you’ll find video tutorials, guidebooks, and printable checklists that make creating easy and fun. I share the same tools, techniques, and time-saving tips I use in my own designs — everything from choosing greenery to mixing ribbons that pop.
My teaching style is friendly, relaxed, and full of encouragement — like crafting alongside your best friend who’s cheering you on the whole time.
A Little Glimpse Behind the Scenes
When I’m not working in my wreath making business by filming tutorials or dreaming up new projects for Ashley’s Wreath Class, you can usually find me covered in glitter, surrounded by ribbon spools — and a couple of dogs who think every wreath is being made just for them. My pups are my faithful studio companions, keeping me company while I create (and sometimes sneaking into photos when I least expect it!).
